What is excelSpanFrameErrors?
Counts framing errors on this span - Bit Frame Errors if it's a T1 span, or Frame Alignment Signal Errors if it's an E1 span - since the span became active or the last request, telling an admin whether frame synchronization is degrading regardless of which standard it uses.
