What is hpevapaCategory?
This read-only OCTET STRING identifies the source category of the alarm event reported by the EVA Performance Advisor. An admin uses this to quickly classify an incoming alarm, such as distinguishing a hardware-related event from a performance-threshold event, without parsing the full description. A value indicating a "Disk" category would tell the admin the alarm originates from a physical disk component of the array.
