What is oT1E1CfgCmdStatus?

This is the command and status field that must be included as the last variable in any SET PDU against this row; setting it to update-link-config(1) commits pending changes to the other writable fields in this same row, while GET responses return codes indicating success, like update-successful, or specific configuration errors, like err-invalid-link-lbo. Admins rely on this field both to apply a batch of link-configuration changes atomically and to diagnose exactly why a SET was rejected. Setting oT1E1CfgCmdStatus to inServiceAll(7) is a shortcut that places all 8 links on the card in service at once.
