Description: Dictates the current status of the link, in-service or out-of-service.
What is hds3T1E1Status?
This read-write field sets whether the individual T1/E1 link is in-service or out-of-service. Admins take a link out-of-service before maintenance so its alarms and errors are ignored, then restore it to in-service once work is complete.
