Description: This is the red alarm timeout value. Determines the amount of seconds the port will wait to stop sending the yellow alarm when coming out of a red alarm condition. This field does not apply to E1 links.
What is hds3T1E1RecoverTime?
This read-write setting picks how many seconds (3, 10, or 15) the port waits after clearing a red alarm before it stops sending the yellow alarm downstream; it does not apply to E1 links. A shorter recovery time restores normal signaling sooner after a transient fault clears.
