What is hds3LIUBertState?
This read-write setting turns the LIU's built-in bit error rate test on (liu-bert) or off; the test itself is an unframed 2^15-1 pattern BERT. Admins enable it to run a signal-quality test on the physical line interface during turn-up or troubleshooting.
