What is hds3FEACLoopbackReq?
This read-write switch, when enabled, lets the HDS-3 module respond to an incoming Far End Alarm and Control (FEAC) loopback request from the far-end DS3 equipment. Admins enable it to support remote-initiated loop testing of the circuit.
