This value is the standard RowStatus control used to create or delete a row in the tag-object association table, which links a tag to the object it has been applied to. An admin or management software uses it to add an object to a folder by creating the association row, or to remove that object from the folder by destroying the row. For example, setting eqlTagObjectRowStatus to destroy(6) removes a volume's association with a given folder tag without deleting the tag itself.
