Description: The field specifies the default timezone for the group. This can be overwritten on a per Array basis. The default is EST. We need to file in all the supported TZ. For now we punt and do GMT as the catch all.
What is eqlMemberTimeZone?
Sets the timezone (e.g. est, gmt, pst) applied to this array member's clock, overriding the group default; use it when a member sits in a different timezone than the rest of the storage group so its timestamped events line up with local time.
