What is eqliscsiSsnLoadValue?

This read-only value, 0-100 and defaulting to 0, is a calculated indicator of how busy this iSCSI connection is, counterintuitively scaled so that 0 means 100% busy and 100 means 0% busy. Admins use it to gauge relative connection load when investigating performance, keeping the inverted scale in mind so they don't misread a low number as idle. A value near 0 on a connection an admin expected to be lightly used would flag it as unexpectedly heavily loaded given the inverted scale.
