This object may not be set to active if the requirements of the spdIpHeadFiltType object are not met. In other words, if the associated value columns needed by a particular test have not been set, then attempting to change this row to an active state will result in an inconsistentValue error. See the spdIpHeadFiltType object description for further details.
What is eqlIpsecRowStatus?
This OID controls the conceptual row status of the single-row IPSec global settings table, following the standard RowStatus convention. An admin can only set it to active once the required IPSec configuration values have been set, otherwise the agent returns an inconsistentValue error.
