What is eqlIpsecPolicyFilterProtocol?
This OID holds the IP protocol number, e.g. 6 for TCP or 17 for UDP, that a packet must match for this IPSec filter to apply, used only when protocol matching is enabled for the policy. An admin sets this to scope the policy to a specific transport protocol.
