This object is only used if sourceAddress is set in spdIpHeadFiltType.

This OID sets the prefix length applied to eqlIpsecPolicyFilterAddress to define the matching source address range for this IPSec filter. An admin sets it to the same value as a single address for an exact match, or to a shorter prefix to match an entire subnet.
