What is eqlWKARole?

This identifies the role of a well-known address entry: either the group's management address or a secondary address used for cross-site failover, defaulting to secondary. It lets admins configure a secondary site to reuse a primary site's WKA after failover, independent of partner replication records. Setting eqlWKARole to secondary on a disaster-recovery site lets it assume the primary group's management address if the primary goes offline.
