What is eqlIpAdEntRowStatus?
This is the RowStatus control column that governs the lifecycle of a conceptual row in the IP address table. Admins use it to create, activate, or destroy an address-table entry; until every read-create column in the row is properly filled in, it stays in the notReady state rather than becoming active. Setting it to createAndGo after populating the interface name, mask, and index fields activates a new IP address entry for the array's interface.
