What is eqlInetAddrEntRowStatus?
This is the RowStatus control column for entries in the InetAddress-based IP address table. Admins use it to create, activate, or delete an address entry, and the row remains in the notReady state until required columns like the address and mask are populated. Setting it to createAndWait begins provisioning a new address entry that won't go active until the remaining columns are filled in.
