What is eqlMonitorRowStatus?

This is the standard SNMP RowStatus column controlling creation, activation, and deletion of a row in the EqualLogic monitor table, which registers a SANHQ monitoring station for a storage group. Admins, or the SANHQ application itself, use it to add or remove a monitoring-station entry, following the usual create/notInService/active/destroy row lifecycle. For example, setting it to createAndGo(4) registers a new SANHQ server as an active monitor of the group, while destroy(6) removes that registration.
