Description:

This field maintains the last db index value used for the specified table.

What is eqlNextAvailableIndexValue?

This unsigned integer tracks the last database index value assigned in a storage group table. It helps the system avoid reusing index numbers when adding new entries. An operator uses this internally; the system increments it automatically when provisioning new storage resources.
