What is etsysTwcbBindingState?
Reports the lifecycle state of this active TWCB binding: init(1) while it's initializing, syncing(2) while state is being synchronized (e.g. across redundant hardware), or established(3) once it's fully up and passing traffic. An admin troubleshooting a client complaint would check whether its binding is stuck in init or syncing rather than reaching established.
