This object sets the target queue occupancy, in octets, that Congestion Notification Messages (CNMs) attempt to hold the associated congestion point's queue at. An admin tunes this set point to control how aggressively the switch signals traffic sources to back off, balancing buffer usage against latency for queues assigned to this profile. For example, leaving it at the default of 26000 octets tells the CN mechanism to keep roughly 26KB queued before triggering feedback to senders.
