This object specifies the minimum number of octets that must be enqueued at the congestion point between successive transmissions of Congestion Notification Messages. An admin raises or lowers this value to control how frequently CNMs can be sent, preventing excessive signaling when traffic is bursty. For example, at the default of 150000 octets, the queue must accumulate roughly 150KB of new traffic before another CNM can go out.
