This object sets the exponent used to derive the queue-length-change weight (cpW) applied when the congestion point computes its congestion feedback value (cpFb) for a CNM. Since cpW equals two raised to this object's value, an admin adjusts it to make the feedback more or less sensitive to sudden changes in queue depth. For example, setting this to -1 yields cpW = 1/2, dampening the queue-growth term's influence compared to the default value of 1.
