This RowStatus object controls the lifecycle of a custom application-signature display-name entry, letting an administrator create, activate, deactivate, or delete that row through standard SNMP row-management semantics. Network staff use it when scripting or automating the setup of custom application signatures, since a row generally must be set to active before its display name takes effect for traffic classification. For example, an admin would set this to createAndGo when adding a brand-new custom signature name, then later set it to destroy to remove that signature definition entirely.
