What is eMailCacheSize?
Reports how many valid entries currently exist in the recent-transactions cache, with valid indices running from 0 to this value minus 1. Admins read this before walking the eMailCache table so they know the valid index range to query rather than guessing how many recent deliveries are cached. An eMailCacheSize of 20 tells an admin that eMailIndex values 0 through 19 are the currently populated cache entries to inspect.
