What is eltPhdTransceiverThresholdHighWarning?
This read-write integer sets the high-warning threshold for the diagnostic parameter selected by the paired eltPhdTransceiverThresholdType object, using that parameter's specific unit. Admins configure this as an early-warning level below the high-alarm threshold, to catch a degrading condition before it becomes critical. For example, if monitoring rxOpticalPower, setting this warning threshold below the alarm threshold would let the admin catch a weakening optical signal before it drops critically low.
