What is eltLtcTunnelMacAddress?

This value is the destination MAC address that replaces the original destination MAC address of tunneled Layer 2 protocol frames, such as STP BPDUs, as they traverse the L2TP tunnel. Admins configure it to a specific multicast or reserved MAC address expected by the tunneling scheme so intermediate switches forward the tunneled frames correctly instead of processing them locally. For example, setting it to a proprietary tunnel MAC would let STP BPDUs pass transparently across a service provider network without being intercepted by intermediate switches.
