What is eltexLtcNotificationEnable?

A read-write boolean indicating whether the system will generate the eltexLtcTunnelDropThresholdExceeded and eltexLtcTunnelShutdownThresholdExceeded notifications. This lets an admin control whether the device proactively traps when tunneled-protocol traffic on an interface crosses the configured drop or shutdown thresholds, rather than the admin having to discover it by polling counters. An admin who wants immediate alerting when Layer 2 tunneling starts dropping excess STP PDUs would enable this so the relevant threshold-exceeded traps fire automatically.
