What is batteryStartManualTest?
A pushbutton control to manually start or stop a battery test: starttest(1) begins a discharge test (if the system allows it) to measure battery capacity/quality, stoptest(2) ends it early; an admin uses this to verify actual battery health on demand rather than waiting for the system's scheduled test cycle.
