What is foveIntType?
This classifies the failover interface entry as either management(1) or critical(2), describing the role that interface plays in the failover setup. An admin uses this to distinguish interfaces used purely for management access from those considered critical to failover operation, since losing a critical interface can trigger a state change while losing a management-only one may not. For example, an entry marked critical(2) failing would be expected to drive foveLocalState toward failure(4), while a management(1) interface failing might not.
