What Is ELFIQ-INC-MIB?
ELFIQ-INC-MIB is an Elfiq Networks enterprise MIB that establishes the OID registration hierarchy for Elfiq's WAN optimization and link-balancing product line, defining top-level nodes for products, common elements, and the Link Balancer platform along with their respective conformance branches. As primarily a registration/conformance module, it defines little to no runtime monitoring data of its own; instead it organizes where Elfiq's operational Link Balancer MIBs attach their actual status and configuration objects. Any hardware/software status monitoring - such as WAN link state, failover status, or throughput on an Elfiq Link Balancer appliance - would be exposed by companion MIBs registered beneath the linkBalancer node this module defines. Loading the ELFIQ-INC-MIB MIB module is typically the first step in any SNMP management setup for Elfiq equipment, since it establishes the OID tree every other Elfiq MIB depends on. It depends on standard SNMPv2-SMI enterprise-numbering and conformance (OBJECT-GROUP/MODULE-COMPLIANCE) conventions. It is deployed as a structural prerequisite when managing Elfiq Link Balancer WAN optimization/failover appliances via SNMP.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in ELFIQ-INC-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.

Monitoring Examples
This module defines the elfiqMIBProducts, common, and linkBalancer OID nodes along with their conformance branches (commonConformance, linkBalancerConformance, elfiqMIBConformance), but no runtime tables or scalars of its own to poll. Actual Link Balancer status - such as which WAN link is currently active or in failover - would be exposed by companion Elfiq MIBs registered under the linkBalancer node. An administrator would monitor those operational MIBs rather than this structural/conformance module for live WAN link health.
