What is rtTimeUp?
This reports the time elapsed since the router software was started, in TimeTicks (hundredths of a second). An admin uses it to confirm uptime after a restart or to detect an unexpected reboot if the value is unexpectedly low. It resets to zero each time the router process itself restarts, independent of the underlying server's own uptime.
