What is rtCircuitX25Cause?
This reports the X.25 cause code explaining why this circuit's connection failed. An admin looks up this code, along with rtCircuitX25Diag, against X.25 standard cause and diagnostic code tables to understand exactly why an X.25 call didn't complete, such as network congestion or an invalid called address. It's most useful right after seeing a circuit fail to reach the connected status.
