Description: The administrative state of the router. Management station will change this value to start or stop the router.
What is rtAdminStateCtr?
This lets a management station start, stop, dump, or test the router software by writing the corresponding AdminState value. An admin sets it to stop(2) to gracefully take the router down for maintenance and start(1) to bring it back up remotely. Setting it to dump(3) or test(4) triggers a diagnostic action rather than a simple on/off state change.
