What is portOpenTime?
This value reports how long, in timer ticks since device startup, has elapsed since the port was last activated. Admins use it to determine how recently a port came up, useful for correlating a port's activation with a recent configuration change or fault recovery. A low value close to zero indicates the port was just recently brought up, such as immediately after being unlocked.
