What is elDS1CMMaskState?
This reports the internal autosense state machine position for a DS1 channel, such as waiting for input, timer running, monitor activated, or alarmed. A technician reads this while troubleshooting why a channel hasn't yet settled into a stable equipped/alarmed state after a change.
