Description:

Configured Minimum acceptable Signal/Noise Margin. If the noise margin falls below this level, the modem should attempt to increase its power output. If that is not possible the modem will attempt to re-initialize or shut down.

What is snrMgnUcMin?

This OID stores the minimum signal-to-noise ratio the modem will accept before trying to boost power or reinitialize the connection. It defines the quality threshold for the DSL connection; if signal quality drops below this, the modem takes corrective action. A network operator would raise or lower this threshold to balance connection stability with power consumption.
