What is dhcpStaticIpAddr?
This OID holds an IP address that is permanently assigned to pass through a specific port on the device. Unlike dynamic addresses that change, this address is fixed to this port. A network operator would check this value when configuring static routing or when a device requires a guaranteed fixed IP address that never changes.
