What is iesSlotModuleAlarmStatus?
A bitmap alarm status for the card, where each bit flags a specific condition (bit 1 = no defect, bit 2 = overheat, bit 3 = fan RPM low, bit 4 = voltage low, bit 5 = thermal sensor failure, bit 6 = card pulled out, plus power-supply and topology-change flags). Multiple bits can be set at once, so an admin decodes the sum to see every active alarm on that card in a single poll.
