Access: read-only

Description: State of the CAC. The state: * uninitialized is an initial MIB value which is never returned to without starting from a new MIB. * initializing indicates the initial part of the CAC boot. * loading indicates that an EBT file is being loaded. * ready indicates that a valid EBT is in memory. In this state the current EBT file ID code shows the ID code of the EBT in memory. * unusable is reached after an unsuccessful load and indicates that the data in the EBT memory block is unusable (in this state current EBT file ID code shows 0).
