Description: Threshold Alarm: Sampling type sample-absolute - compares the monitored variable value againist the thresholds, sample-delta - compares the monitored variable value change from previous interval against thresholds.

What is nndsxT1E1IfAlarmThresholdConfigSampleType?

Chooses whether the threshold comparison uses the counter's absolute value (sample-absolute) or the change (delta) from the previous sampling interval (sample-delta). An admin uses delta sampling to catch a sudden burst of errors, versus absolute sampling to alert once a cumulative counter simply crosses a fixed level.
