Description: The counter associated with the number of P-bit Errored Seconds, encountered by a DS3 interface in the previous 24 hour interval. Invalid 15 minute intervals count as 0.
What is dsx3TotalPESs?
This sums P-bit Errored Seconds across the full previous 24-hour period (the last 96 completed intervals), counting any invalid interval as zero. Admins use this single rolled-up number as a quick daily health check for the line rather than adding up 96 individual interval values by hand.
