Description:

The number of seconds that have elapsed since the

beginning of the near end current error- measurement period. If, for some reason, such as an adjustment in the system's time-of-day clock, the current interval exceeds the maximum value, the agent will return the maximum value.

What is dsx3TimeElapsed?

This counter shows how many seconds have passed since the current error-measurement period began on this DS3 line. It tracks elapsed time within the measurement window and caps at a maximum value if the system clock is adjusted. A technician uses this to verify that error statistics are being collected within the expected timeframe.
