What is dsx3IntervalUASs?
This object counts the number of Unavailable Seconds (UAS) that occurred on a DS3/E3 interface during a specific 15-minute measurement interval. Unavailable seconds indicate periods when the link was not functioning properly, such as during loss of signal or equipment failure. Network operators monitor this metric to assess link quality and to troubleshoot connectivity problems with high-speed transmission circuits.
