What is dsx3FarEndIntervalUASs?
This reports the number of far-end Unavailable Seconds recorded during one completed 15-minute interval. Admins use it to see when, historically, the far end considered the circuit unavailable, which may not always line up with the local end's own unavailable-seconds history.
