Description: The counter associated with the number of Unavailable Seconds.
What is dsx3CurrentUASs?
This counts Unavailable Seconds accrued so far in the current 15-minute interval, i.e. seconds during which the line has been in an unavailable signal state. Admins use this as an early indicator that a circuit is currently down or severely impaired, ahead of it being logged into the historical totals.
