What is dsx1IntervalCSSs?

This object counts Controlled Slip Seconds (CSS) that occurred during a performance monitoring interval on a DS1 (T1/E1) link. Controlled slips occur when the data stream must skip or repeat a frame to resynchronize clock timing, typically due to clock frequency mismatches. An operator would examine this counter to diagnose timing issues on digital circuits that could cause data errors or service degradation.
