What is dsx1FarEndCurrentIndex?
This index value uniquely identifies a DS1 (T1/E1) interface and serves as a reference point for far-end performance statistics collected from the remote device. Far-end statistics are different from near-end statistics because they measure the quality of the link as observed from the other end of the connection. This index allows operators to correlate local and remote performance data on the same circuit.
