What is dpsRTUv2SyncReq?

Read-write single-value enum (sync(1) is the only setting) that, when SET, triggers the RTU to generate traps for every currently standing alarm; the DESCRIPTION explicitly warns this floods the trap stream, so it's meant for deliberate resynchronization, not routine use.
