The value zero or a filter group ID not configured in the CMTS means no filtering is applied to traffic originating from this CM.
What is docsSubmgt3GrpCmFilterUs?
This value (0-1024) reports the upstream filter group currently applied to traffic the CM itself is originating on a specific modem, distinct from traffic sourced by its CPEs. Zero or an unconfigured group ID means that modem's own upstream traffic isn't currently filtered.
