What is docsSubmgt3FilterGrpCmInterfaceMask?
This bit-mask value identifies which of the CM's in-bound interfaces this classifier rule applies to, and is only meaningful for Upstream Drop Classifiers pushed to CMs during registration (not for CMTS-side enforcement). It lets an admin scope a UDC rule to traffic entering from one particular CM interface.
